Secure Online credit card Ordering with SSL (Secure Socket Layer): Placing an order online is safe and secure as no one can view your information as it travels over the Internet. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, & VISA credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments.
For your safety and security, our online ordering system does not store credit card account
numbers. That information is kept safe with our credit card processor. For additional security, our AVS (address
verification system) confirms that the billing address for the credit card you are using
matches the billing address you enter in our shopping cart. If it does not match after 3
attempts, our shopping cart will lock out the user for the protection of the credit card holder.

Ordering and Shipping FAQ's
Q: I recently placed an order and my credit card statement shows more than one charge from Endless Colors, Inc.
A: If you place an order that does not go through the first time -- usually, due to an
incorrect address information or incorrect 3-digits verification code-- the order will not be processed with our shopping cart system.
However, the card holders bank will place the money on hold for that transaction. Since we will not be able to process the transaction due to the incorrect information, the money will go back to the credit card holders account at the next merchant credit card processor batch closing. The money will go back automatically to the credit card holders account between 24 to 36 hours from original transaction date.

Q: I just placed an order online and would like to know when my order will be shipped?
A: Normally orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) are shipped the same day, however depending on stock availability it may take no longer than 2 days for the order to go out, unless specific date is stated on the description of the item. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking information.

Q: How can I check my order status?
A: You can check the status of a current order or previous orders by logging into My Account. To log in, your email and password is required. If you forgot your password, click on Password forgotten? and enter the email address used during the order process, our system will email you the password.

Q: Do you accept foreign credit cards?
A: We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and VISA cards from banks
that support the Address Verification system (AVS). If your bank does not support AVS, you can
pay with our PayPal option.
